Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for onsite, full-time operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, taking on leadership duties to run shifts effectively.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory experience and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leadership is unavailable.
• Drive membership and program sales while ensuring service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain park cleanliness and readiness.
• Lead across Sales&Service, Parties&Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
