Kids Empire Texas LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead staff, handle reservations, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety standards and a friendly atmosphere for families and children.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus comfort working in a busy, child-oriented environment. On-site position with opportunities for growth and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children and families.
• Operate an iPad for guest check-in and information collection.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and time-management skills; work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance/time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees and manage terminations as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations for park staff.
• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor coordination.
• Oversee cash handling at the front counter and POS accuracy.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of park facilities and playgrounds.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and communicate through proper channels.
