The role involves creating weekly schedules, auditing attendance, hiring and training employees, managing birthday party bookings, coordinating with vendors, and handling check-in, billing, and park operations to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and time management skills.
• Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and write in English.
• Detail-oriented with documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and make them feel welcome.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance/timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members and supervise their duties.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor supplies.
• Handle guest and employee issues and ensure safety.
• Operate check-in process and billing with POS.
• Walk the floor to monitor safety and enforce rules.
• Coordinate family events and partnerships with corporate teams.
• Weekly meetings with development.
• Audit Amazon accounts nationally among KE parks.
