Kids Empire in Bear, Delaware, is seeking a Park Manager to lead daily operations, greet guests, and ensure safe, enjoyable experiences for families with children. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate events and parties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise park employees and monitor performance.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance/time clocks.
• Hire qualified staff for park positions.
• Handle personnel matters including terminations and absences.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train staff on core duties and safety procedures.
• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor coordination.
• Oversee check-in, billing, and cash handling processes.
• Ensure safety rules and park policies are followed.
