Job summary

Indy Parks is seeking a Park Supervisor to oversee daily operations of sports, programs, services, and facilities across assigned park locations in Indianapolis. You will manage recreational programming, staff coordination, and service delivery while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sports, programs, services, and facilities at assigned park locations.
• Develop, plan, direct, implement and coordinate a wide variety of recreational events.
• Enforce policies and procedures and Department rules.
• Deliver excellent customer service to park users and maintain professional rapport.
• Initiate new sports, aquatics, and recreation programs.
• Schedule classes and assist in planning.
• Open and close facilities and ensure security of city assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of work site and park grounds.
• Assist with field and equipment maintenance and reporting.
