Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of sports, recreational games and arts and crafts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, planning, directing, implementing and coordinating a wide variety of recreational events.
• Follow established policies and procedures and enforce rules and regulations.
• Prepare reports, inspections, and evaluations using relevant software and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and build professional rapport with park users.
• Initiate new sports, aquatics, and recreation programs and help plan classes.
• Supervise and coordinate recreational programs and activities.
• Open and close facilities and ensure proper security of assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities and grounds.
