Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Senior Park Managers and support staff.
• Develop, monitor and ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to Senior Park Managers in all areas of responsibility.
• Manage Indy Stat data, standards of service delivery and maintenance of properties.
• Recruit, hire and manage citywide Day Camp, Playground and Aquatic programs.
• Analyze statistical data for program planning and budget reconciliation.
• Design and deliver training programs for division staff.
• Communicate department policy, mission and vision to Park Managers.
