Job summary

Sky Zone Beaverton is seeking a General Manager to lead daily park operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and park safety. You will drive membership sales, birthday parties, and events while managing teams and budgets under the District Manager’s guidance.

You will oversee hiring, training, and performance, shape park culture, and collaborate with marketing on promotions. The role requires hands-on leadership, KPI awareness, and readiness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume setting.
• 2+ years of sales experience; membership sales preferred.
• Experience using P&L reports to drive revenue.
• Proven KPI performance.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams and POS systems.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Detail oriented, reliable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily park operations under the District Manager.
• Develop GMs and Team Leads to become leaders and operation experts.
• Create a positive park culture with recognition and motivation.
• Oversee employment lifecycle from hiring to performance management.
• Be an effective park liaison across departments and with corporate.
• Provide memorable guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage park revenue, expenses, and inventory per P&L.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events.
• Train Front Desk and Party Hosts in sales processes.
• Ensure KPI metrics are understood and tracked.
• Adjust staffing for safety and guest demand as needed.
