Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to join our on-site Operations team in California. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, gaining real responsibility and leadership experience as you help run the park shift to deliver WOW guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to move between park areas and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Drive membership and program sales while ensuring service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness throughout the shift.
