Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone is seeking a General Manager to oversee park operations, safety, cleanliness, membership sales, and the guest experience across birthday parties, the café, and attractions.

You will lead by example, develop leaders, manage by KPI and P&L, and collaborate with marketing on promotions to grow revenue and guest satisfaction. This role is on-site in a high-activity entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and completed high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on leader and role model able to support the team by executing any park position as needed.
• Develop Assistant General Managers and Team Leads to become excellent people leaders, operation experts, and business savvy.
• Oversee training AGM's and Team Leads for all park team members.
• Own and oversee all employment phases including hiring, training, monitoring growth and progress; handle discipline and termination as needed.
• Provide memorable moments for customers by proactive, responsive, and engaged service.
• Drive revenue goals in membership sales, parties, and events; oversee promotions with marketing.
