Responsibilities

• Follow proper operating procedures.
• Open and close the park daily, year-round.
• Manage park radio channels and dispatch information.
• Dispatch park personnel to calls and answer phones.
• Enforce radio policies and log activity in databases.
• Log ride downtime and security activity; monitor wait times.
• Track hourly attendance and coordinate with sister park.
