Responsibilities

• Follow proper operating procedures.
• Open and close the park daily year-round.
• Manage all park radio channels.
• Dispatch park personnel to calls.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Enforce radio policies and maintain professionalism.
• Log ride downtime and security activity in databases.
• Log ride wait times and attendance.
• Communicate information to sister parks and across park channels.
• Dispatch emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Ensure Guest First Standards are followed.
