Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Chart of Accounts per Diocesan guidelines.
• Enter financial information into QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports for Diocese and Finance Council.
• Prepare and record year-end accruals and unearned revenue.
• Enter annual budget information into QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Record payroll entries from Paycor to the General Ledger bi-monthly.
• Record deposits and collections from parish activities.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
