Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels; prepare for pickup and sorting.
• Operate proprietary software and receive mobile equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with shipping methods and rates.
• Assemble and prepare parcels for shipping; wrap and label items.
• Assist in training center team members and supervise shifts when needed.
