Job summary

FedEx Office in California is seeking a team member to coordinate inbound/outbound parcel activities and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced venue environment. The role involves processing, staging, and delivering packages with limited supervision and operating the last mile tracking systems.

You will handle shipping methods, assist customers, and ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and inventory control while maintaining high service standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum six months of related experience required (Warehouse and/or Hospitality Experience Preferred).
• Proven strong organization and planning skills.
• Action oriented with skills and aptitude to excel in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to move 75 pounds unassisted.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping related services and activities.
• Maintain log of all incoming and outgoing parcels, prepare parcels for pickup by delivery drivers, and sort incoming parcels.
• Provide customer service and problem solve with minimum supervision.
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, weigh packages, and label parcels.
• Operate the POS terminal and ensure package handling fees are collected.
