Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels and prepare for pickup.
• Provide customer service and problem solving with minimal supervision.
• Use tracking software to manage packages and communicate status.
• Assist in training and supervise team members as needed.
• Perform administrative duties including inventory control and POS close-out.
