Job summary

WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility solutions, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee paratransit transportation operations. You will supervise drivers, analyze ridership, implement SOPs, and coordinate with clients onsite, ensuring safe and efficient service at all times.

Require 5+ years managerial experience, a Commercial Driver's License with endorsements, and familiarity with Trapeze software. Excellent Excel and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently.
• Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and implement SOPs as directed by client and company policies.
• Provide staff leadership to ensure safe, efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure transit routes are consistently operating and meet client needs.
• Make staffing and coverage decisions and communicate with drivers and client management.
• Hire, interview, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership data and suggest route changes accordingly.
• Support development of company policies and procedures.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
• Additional duties may apply.
