Job summary

The role requires a CDL, 5+ years in paratransit operations management, and Trapeze software experience; duties include supervising routes, staffing decisions, and driver development. Compensation is $70,000/year, full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' managerial experience in paratransit transportation operations management.
• Commercial Driver's License with endorsements.
• Trapeze Software experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and SOP implementation.
• Provide staff leadership for safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure transit routes are consistently serviced per client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with team and client.
• Hire, interview, train, and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.
• Support policy development and GM when needed.
