WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility solutions, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee paratransit transportation operations. You will supervise drivers, analyze ridership, implement SOPs, and coordinate with clients onsite, ensuring safe and efficient service at all times.
Require 5+ years managerial experience, a Commercial Driver's License with endorsements, and familiarity with Trapeze software. Excellent Excel and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation $70,000.00 - $750,000.00/year

TheOperations Manager (OM)will report to the General Manager and assist with all supervisory duties outlined below. The OM will work onsite, as needed, at the client’s location and will actively communicate with the client as well as other vendors.
Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM) highly desirable.
