WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility, seeks an Operations Manager to supervise drivers and ensure routes meet client needs. You’ll work onsite at client locations and coordinate with drivers and client management.

Required: 5+ years of managerial paratransit operations experience, CDL with endorsements, and Trapeze software proficiency. WeDriveU offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in paratransit transportation operations management.
• CDL with endorsements.
• Trapeze Software experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee SOPs.
• Provide staff leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure transit routes are operating and servicing client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with drivers and client management.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.
