Job summary

MV Transportation seeks an Operations Manager to lead the assigned operating location and ensure execution of annual business plans in line with client requirements and company procedures.

You will oversee daily paratransit operations, drive on-time performance, manage driver availability and call center functions, supervise staff development, and maintain strong client relations while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in a paratransit environment.
• Scheduling, personnel management and training experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical, written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations and company policies for consistent driver activity measurement.
• Trapeze experience preferred and ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage on-time performance and driver availability.
• Effectively manage all call center functions.
• Effectively manage customer relations through direct contact and outreach programs.
• Identify, train and mentor location staff.
• Communicate with location staff and support teams regularly.
• Oversee safety and training programs to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintain client contact to meet or exceed expectations.
• Participate in location labor and employee relations activities.
• Review operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
