Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Paralegal Manager to administer the Firm-wide Paralegal Program, drive operational efficiency, and support high-volume litigation and complex tort matters. The role focuses on leading large teams, improving workflows, and aligning with strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of management experience in legal or complex tort fields, with 3+ years of paralegal experience, and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in legal or Complex Torts.
• Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience in corporate, regulatory, or Complex Tort matters.
• Strong judgement, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead paralegal team to deliver excellent support to attorneys.
• Oversee paralegal work allocation and recruitment recommendations.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
• Develop and implement paralegal training programs.
• Manage the paralegal mentoring program.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet strategic objectives.
• Implement process improvements and automation where appropriate.
