Qualifications
- . Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, or related field; or combination of education and commensurate work experience.
- . Minimum 5 years of management experience in legal or Complex Torts.
- . Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience in corporate, regulatory, or Complex Tort litigation matters.
- . Demonstrate strong judgment, organizational, and time-management skills.
- . Experience with performance management and policy enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Stay informed of developments, legal industry and Complex Tort trends and lead paralegal teams.
- Oversee paralegal work allocation and collaborate with recruiting to hire.
- Develop training programs and manage the mentoring program.
- Partner with compensation and leadership on evaluations and compensation.
- Monitor productivity, time entry, and reporting metrics and drive improvements.
