Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Paralegal Manager to lead the firm-wide Paralegal Program, driving operational efficiency, staff development and high‑quality support for complex litigation and compliance matters.

The role focuses on managing large teams of paralegals, collaborating with Practice Specialty Center Leaders, and leveraging automation to improve workflows. A strong background in Complex Tort litigation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in legal or Complex Torts.
• Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience in corporate, regulatory, or Complex Tort matters.
• Strong judgement, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage paralegals to ensure delivery of excellent services to stakeholders.
• Oversee paralegal work allocation and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding and firmwide meetings; drive staff development.
• Partner with leadership to implement automation and AI tools in workflows.
• Monitor productivity, reporting and performance metrics.
