Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Paralegal Manager to administer the firmwide Paralegal Program, driving efficiency and high-quality legal support for transactional, compliance, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will lead large teams, manage staffing and onboarding, and partner with Practice Specialty Center Leaders to design staffing, training, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in legal or Complex Torts.
• Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience in corporate, regulatory, or Complex Tort litigation.
• Strong judgement, organizational and time-management skills.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead paralegal teams to ensure excellent legal support for stakeholders.
• Oversee paralegal work allocation and onboarding of new hires.
• Develop training programs with Practice Specialty Center Leaders.
• Collaborate on performance evaluations and compensation recommendations.
• Monitor productivity metrics and improve workflows.
