Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Panelboard Production Associate on the 1st shift for our Sumter, SC facility. You will assemble panelboards under guidance from drawings and BOMs, follow safety and 5S practices, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Relocation benefits are not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Sumter facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panelboards from drawings, BOMs, blueprints, and orders.
• Identify missing components and communicate shortages.
• Use hand tools and follow procedures to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain quality through visual inspections and troubleshoot defects.
• Cross-train and cover for other roles as needed.
