Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Senior Panelboard Assembly Associate in Sumter, SC. You will perform complete assembly, ensure quality, and coordinate with materials, fabrication, and shipping to meet order deadlines.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, and are legally eligible to work in the United States. The role includes safety responsibilities and a 5am-1:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Sumter facility (50 mile radius) will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will provide manufacturing expertise and support in all areas of the Panelboard Segment Team including allocation of materials, assembly, inspection, and shipping to fulfill orders.
• Receive and carry out work assignments from management and internal customers to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Comply with safety and industrial hygiene requirements and use of PPE.
• Keep work-area clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete work and meet product requirements.
