Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 3a in Sumter, SC. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am with an hourly rate of $25/hr. Eligible for the employee variable incentive program.

You will plan, process, and request manufacturing information, schedule production, and assist in material control. You will use Excel, AS400, and DMM to manage floor stock and drive timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Residence within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Preferred: AS400, VISTA, and DMM experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material and MIs for designated area to meet ship dates.
• Manage flow of jobs through production to shipping.
• Update master schedule, turnbacks, and AS400 entries with customer service.
• Review status of orders with manufacturing, material control, and work areas.
• Use Excel, DMM, AS400 to maintain floor stock and records.
• Attend Tier meetings and log data in required systems.
• Back-up Team Lead when needed.
