The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive sales growth in the Flagstaff, AZ market. This field-based role focuses on expanding existing accounts, creating new relationships, and increasing product adoption in a remote/field setting.

Responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining partnerships, executing territory plans, and collaborating with internal teams to support customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year outside sales experience.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Coatings or related industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel within the territory daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding accounts and product adoption.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Build partnerships to increase retention and reduce sales loss.
• Create territory sales plans to maximize coverage.
• Use consultative selling to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and margins to improve profitability.
• Track activity, forecasts and performance with CRM tools.
• Educate customers on products, promos, and solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Represent the brand professionally during field activities.
