Job summary

Dunn-Edwards Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support store management, model exceptional customer service, and help run daily operations during scheduled shifts. The role involves guiding staff, managing inventory, and delivering a positive shopping experience for both customers and painting professionals.

The CSL will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and contribute to a fast, reliable Dunn-Edwards service standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stock and merchandise per planogram.

Responsibilities

• Model outstanding customer service and selling skills.
• Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Assist store management during shifts and act as shift supervisor.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, or in person.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
