Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting in Prosper, TX. You will assist customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing, while maintaining an organized, safe store environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support sales goals, handle payments, and help with loading, delivery, and stock duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; background check and physical may apply.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
