The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Prosper, TX to join our US Commercial team. You will provide exceptional customer experiences, assist retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing in a fast-paced store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized environment and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach
• Strong communication skills in a professional manner
• Ability to use a computer for order processing
• Flexibility to work varied store hours

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed
