The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing, while helping drive store sales and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Typical store hours apply, including weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers professionally.
• Ability to use a computer for order processing and customer support.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending products.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
