Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Ogden, UT to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will advise both retail and contractor customers on products, color matching, and order support, while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll contribute to sales goals, process orders, and handle payments through various channels.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
