Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Phoenix to deliver outstanding customer service and color matching in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support retail and contractor customers, process orders, and assist with loading and delivering products.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn our brand and store processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Proficient with computers and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
