Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Buffalo, NY to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

From greeting customers to processing payments, you will help drive store sales goals and provide knowledgeable guidance on paint products and brand lines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required and must pass background check and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer for order processing.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform typical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and recommending products.
• Assist customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer specifications.
• Process orders and payments across multiple channels.
• Load and deliver customer orders using company vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities.
