Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for Store 5485 in Hadley, MA. You will help customers select the right paints and supplies, resolve issues, and support sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Role requires excellent communication, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Evening/weekend shifts may be required. Spanish language skills are a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service
• Assist customers in person and by phone, assessing needs and presenting products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
• Maintain organized work orders and inventory accuracy
• Restock shelves and assist with displays
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options
