Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Framingham, MA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products. You will resolve concerns to ensure client satisfaction and stay updated on product features, maintaining high store standards.

The role supports the store’s sales goals and may involve stocking, loading deliveries, and assisting in deliveries as needed at Store #5437.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff: must have a “meets expectations” rating.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventories.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse; stock shelves and displays.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading where needed.
