Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and over the phone, assess needs, and recommend products that best meet their requirements. You will also handle sales transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure displays are accurate and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: meets expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.

• Maintain shelf displays, stock, and program inventory controls.
