Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Manchester, NH store. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend the right paint-related solutions while ensuring exceptional service and store presentation.

You will handle sales transactions, maintain inventory, tint and mix products, and support deliveries. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed required HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to achieve high satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and recommend products.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer and sales files.
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies.
• Maintain store displays, stock, and merchandising standards.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading vehicles.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options to upsell.
