Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #5075 in Fitchburg, MA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, and help meet sales goals while maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking shelves, and staying informed about product features and promotions. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; may include variable shifts.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must meet performance rating and HR Cloud training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current product features and store promotions.
