Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our Rapid City, SD store. You will help wholesale and retail customers, answer questions, and recommend the right solutions while maintaining high product quality and store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work orders, stock shelves, and displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options and suggest improvements.
