Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers across multiple Spearfish and Rapid City locations. The role emphasizes sales, product knowledge, and high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, and helping with deliveries.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse; tint and mix products as needed.
Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain in-stock and presentable conditions.
Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries when needed.
Maintain accurate work order files and inventory control procedures.
Suggest improvements to sales methods and product offerings.
