The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist retail and wholesale customers, determine product needs, and recommend solutions. You will resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling in-store and phone interactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, and assisting with deliveries as needed. The role may involve evenings and weekends and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent sales service and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
