Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends with or without accommodation.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud training completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product inventory.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays and keep store equipment clean.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
