Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will advise on Sherwin-Williams products, process sales, and help customers select solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities include stocking, tinting and mixing products as needed, assisting in deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory while staying knowledgeable about product features and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Pull products from floor or backroom and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep area presentable.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and knowledge of products.
