Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Little Rock store is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will process sales, resolve customer concerns, and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, handling deliveries, and maintaining store presentation while delivering excellent service. Some evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
