Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #708245 in Tracy, CA. You will determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend right solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products to customer specs, and assist in deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
