The Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist both wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products.

You will promptly resolve concerns and help ensure maximum client satisfaction while maintaining product quality and store visuals. Responsibilities include assisting in-store and phone inquiries, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in retail or delivery settings is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and offering products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain stock and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks as needed.
