You will resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction while maintaining product standards and store visuals. The role involves processing sales, stocking, tinting, and assisting deliveries, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identifying needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Support inventory control and stocking.
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain presentable areas and update product knowledge.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
